FlexPod Tech Specs

2/4/2012 FlexPod Tech Specs update 1.3 is now available on iTunes!  Thanks to Reggie Allen of NetApp for all of his great contributions!  To date we have had over 1,785 users download this handy app.  We anticipate with this update we’ll have many more.  Not bad for 1.5 months on iTunes.  We are slowly catching up to Angry Birds!

• Updated NetApp pictures showing backside connectivity
• bug fixes

We are currently working on making the picture views expand into more detail.  Look for an update later this month with that capability.  What else would you like to see?

About this App

Since November 2010, Cisco and NetApp have teamed up to offer a reference architecture for the data center called “FlexPod”. This app contains technical specifications for each of the components that can make up a FlexPod.

Let me know if you have issues with the app. (e.g: incorrect data). This app has a lot of similarities with my first app UCS Tech Specs. The differences are that this includes NetApp filers and disk shelves. In addition there are handy links to spec sheets on the internet and much better pictures.
